To celebrate the appointment of Bart Reijnen as Honorary Member of the Netherlands Space Society (NVR), NVR together with the TU Delft Space Institute (DSI) and SpaceNed, organised an evening lecture with the theme “Robotic Space Exploration” in the TU Delft Science Center on December 14th. During this lecture, guest speakers Bert Vermeersen (Professor Planetary Exploration at Delft University of Technology), André Schiele (Associate Professor Space Robotics and Head to the ESA Telerobotics Laboratory) and John Thornton (CEO of Astrobotic) presented their take on “Robotic Space Exploration”.
